Artificial Intelligence Architect
Murphy Door
Utah Based | On Site | Full Time
Murphy Door is the world leader in hidden door systems and multifunctional furniture. We operate highly automated manufacturing facilities in Utah and Kentucky and design, engineer, and manufacture our own hardware, products, and systems.
We are building an internal AI sandbox and are looking for a high level AI architect to lead it.
This is not an entry level AI role. This is not a research only position. This is a build and deploy role inside a real operating company.
The Mission
Your job is to identify, build, and deploy AI systems that create real operational advantage.
You will:
• Design and implement internal AI agents
• Build copilots for sales, engineering, manufacturing, and support
• Create automation pipelines using LLMs and agent frameworks
• Implement RAG systems and knowledge retrieval environments
• Integrate APIs across internal tools and systems
• Experiment with emerging frameworks such as OpenClaw and advanced agent orchestration tools
• Rapidly prototype and deploy working solutions into production
• Stay ahead of AI trends and apply them before competitors do
We are not looking for someone to write reports about AI.
We are looking for someone to build systems that improve margin, throughput, and speed.
What We Care About
We care about depth, not degrees.
You should have hands on experience with:
• Large language models and prompt engineering at an advanced level
• Agent based systems and task orchestration
• Embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval systems
• Python or similar scripting languages
• API integrations and workflow automation
• Cloud and local deployment environments
• Data pipelines and structured data environments
• AI security considerations in business systems
If you have built working AI systems outside of tutorials, we want to talk to you.
The Environment
You will work directly with leadership and cross functional teams.
If you build something that works, it will be implemented quickly.
You will have real manufacturing systems, real sales teams, and real operational data to improve.
This is a high autonomy role for someone who does not need hand holding and enjoys building from scratch.
Ideal Candidate
• Self driven and highly curious
• Comfortable experimenting and shipping fast
• Able to explain complex AI systems in simple terms
• Motivated by building unfair competitive advantage
• Excited by solving real world business problems with AI
Compensation
Competitive salary plus performance based upside tied to measurable impact.
How To Apply
Send:
• A short description of a real AI system you built
• Portfolio, GitHub, or project links
• A brief explanation of how you would apply AI inside a manufacturing company
We are not looking for surface level familiarity.
We are looking for someone who lives this space.
If you want to build AI inside a company that actually moves fast and deploys what you create, apply.
Full benefit package available including Health, Dental, Vision, and Life

Title: Director of Ecommerce Revenue Operations
Location: Utah. On site preferred.
Compensation: Extremely Competitive plus base plus bonus performance incentives
Murphy Door is the world leader in hidden door and multifunctional furniture manufacturing. We design, engineer, and manufacture everything in house across two highly automated facilities. Over 200000 doors installed worldwide. INC 5000 fastest growing company. Category leader.
Now we are hiring the person who protects and scales our digital revenue engine.
This is not a Shopify admin role.
We are hiring a Director of Ecommerce Revenue Operations to own pricing architecture, configuration logic, and revenue integrity across Shopify and Microsoft Dynamics.
Our products are customizable. Options stack. Pricing logic is complex. A small error can multiply fast and cost real money.
This role sits at the intersection of ERP, ecommerce, and margin control. You will ensure cost changes flow cleanly from Dynamics to Shopify. You will eliminate discount stacking errors. You will govern SKU logic across thousands of configurable combinations. You will build systems that prevent revenue leaks before they happen.
What You Will Own
• Shopify pricing architecture and product configuration logic
• Microsoft Dynamics cost synchronization and price governance
• Margin protection and pricing optimization
• Promotional rule structure and discount control
• SKU governance and option dependency mapping
• Automated QA processes for pricing validation
• Revenue leak detection and correction
• Cross department change control for new product launches
Who We Are Looking For
• 5 to 10 plus years in ecommerce operations, revenue operations, or pricing governance
• Deep Shopify or Shopify Plus experience
• Experience working directly with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong grasp of margin math and contribution analysis
• Experience managing configurable product catalogs
• Systems thinker who builds structure, documentation, and controls
• High ownership mentality. No excuse culture.
Compensation
Base salary: depending on experience and depth of ownership Plus Bonus
Performance incentives tied to measurable revenue integrity improvements
Full benefits
Long term growth inside a vertically integrated manufacturing powerhouse
If you have built pricing systems, cleaned up broken logic, and protected margin at scale, this is a serious seat with real responsibility.
If you are looking to simply manage a storefront, this is not the role.
Apply if you want ownership over revenue integrity inside a company that moves fast and expects excellence.
