1. Hardware (Hinges): 100% Lifetime Guarantee

All hardware components are covered for the lifetime of the door.

2. Mechanical Locking Systems: 5-Year Full Warranty

Mechanical locking systems are guaranteed to function properly for five years from the date of purchase.

3. Paint and Stain: 1-Year Guarantee

The finish of your door, including paint and stain, is guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase.

4. Labor/Workmanship: Lifetime Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and provide a lifetime guarantee on labor and workmanship.

5. Hardwoods: 1-Year Limited Warranty

Hardwoods are covered for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited and subject to certain restrictions.

6. MDF Core: 1-Year Guarantee

MDF core components are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. This guarantee is subject to certain restrictions.

7. Plywood (Real Wood): No Warranty

Plywood components do not carry any warranty.

Cabinet hardware is covered for five years from the date of purchase.

9. Electronic Locking Systems: 1-Year Guarantee

Electronic locking systems are guaranteed to function properly for one year from the date of purchase.
