Vica was very attentive, explained the processes.
However, in Annette to install Murphy bookcase, there are a few items missing. One item is a second backing board. It shows 2 but only received 1. I realize it’s too late to make a claim, but I have had a hard time finding someone to install. It’s still not installed. Suggestion…. Put instructions in the box along with detailed info about screws. I am very disappointed that I am not able to figure out how to install it. I have googled and study diagram for hours. This not an easy project for a semi intelligent female. On all your ads it’s states easy to install. Not true.
Was in a pickle embarrassed to call, but ANNA was SO NICE….acting like us losing a key was no big deal! Thanks for your help Anna!!

I recently ordered a Murphy Door and worked with Vica, who was extremely helpful throughout the process. Most of the ordering and configuration was done on my end, but she followed up right after my purchase to double‑check all the important details — rough opening, swing direction, and overall use case — to make sure everything would be correct before production.
She also caught an issue I would’ve never noticed: I had accidentally selected a locking mechanism that wouldn’t work with my setup. She reached out, explained the problem clearly, and helped me correct it right away. Our phone conversations were brief but very productive, and her attention to detail saved me from a headache down the road.
Great customer service, and I appreciate her stepping in to make sure the order was right.
