Murphy Door hinges are a patented pin hinge system that allows the hidden door to open and close while blending seamlessly into a space. Our hidden door hardware kit is perfect for single doors and includes a top and bottom hinge set with pins, a pin remover tool, screws, a door catch, and a catch plate. You will need two Murphy door hardware kits for double or French doors - one for each door.
The skills required for hidden door construction include woodworking and cabinetry and are skilled professions. Building and installing a successful, functional hidden door without experience and skills will be challenging. We highly recommend woodworking and construction skills or hiring someone with this skill set if you are constructing a DIY hidden door.
