Murphy Door products you see on display in our showrooms are made to order. Display pieces are not sold off the showroom floor — when you order, we build your door and ship it to you. This page explains delivery times and shipping costs for products on display in store.

How it is delivered
Assembled doors ship palletized by freight carrier, curbside with liftgate service included. The driver unloads at the curb but does not bring the door inside. Optional White Glove in-room delivery is quoted on request — contact us before ordering. DIY kits and hardware ship by UPS or FedEx.
Storage, damage and returns
Storage is free for 30 days after your order is ready, then $100 per month. Please report shipping damage within 72 hours of delivery. Our full Shipping Policy and Refund Policy also apply.
