The Murphy Door® Hidden Panel Door Kit is the engineered heart of a secret hidden door. This is not a finished door. This is the precision-built core that makes the magic happen. You bring the vision. You apply the wall treatment. Brick, shiplap, wood paneling, tile, wainscoting, a Venetian plaster accent wall. Whatever finish matches your space, this kit becomes it. The result is a seamless, invisible secret door that looks exactly like the surrounding wall, concealing a hidden room, safe room, or panic room behind it with no visible seam, no handle, no hint it even exists.
Built to the Vaultwood Core™ specification, a premium engineered core for lifetime structural stability. A perfected blend of solid hardwood and Vaultwood Core™ giving you a lifetime of flawless use. The hinge system is machined by Murphy Door Machining (MD Machine) in Utah, never imported, and engineered to carry the weight of your chosen wall finish without sagging or shifting over time.

Our doors don’t feature traditional door knobs or handles; however, hinges still allow the door to open in one direction, creating a pass-through between two spaces. They are installed in a rough opening in the wall, as each custom Murphy Door comes with the door’s head and side jambs and casing. Our high-quality design sets Murphy Door’s hidden doors apart from the rest. Do Murphy Door® hidden doors lock?
Yes; all of our Murphy Door® hidden doors can be fitted with a hidden door locking system that is sold separately.
