Every Murphy Door® is handmade in the USA in our Utah and Kentucky facilities by skilled craftspeople. All built on solid hardwood face frames over a Vaultwood Core™, a specialized engineered core, for dimensional stability.

Every order backed by a lifetime warranty on everything but electronics: all hinges, structural steel, Vaultwood Core™ panels, finishes, mechanical locks, wood veneer, and labor. Electronic accessories are covered for one year. If your door arrives with shipping damage, even if the delivery was already signed for, we make it right. Our pre-assembled Murphy Door® Quick Kits are the fastest, easiest way to have your very own secret, hidden door. This door can be configured as a right or left, in-swing or an out-swing door; with the most common door sizes in-stock!
All pieces of this kit arrive factory-primed, ready to scuff-sand and paint. Create your secret hidden door however you want.

- Assembled Bookcase with (1) fixed shelf
- Unassembled Jamb - (2) side jambs, (1) top jamb, (1) threshold
- Unassembled Casing - (2) side casings, (1) top casing

4 Simple Steps to Complete:
- Paint* the bookcase, jamb, and casing*Murphy Door® recommends sanding the bookcase, jamb, and casing with 180 grit sandpaper prior to painting.
- Assemble and install Jamb
- Install hardware, pre-drilled holes for easy installation
- Install casing after jamb and door have been installed

Can Murphy Doors be opened from the inside?
