Unassembled Paint Grade Flush Mount Bookcase Door The door and hardware is all of good quality material. Ready to assemble. The instructions were a little unclear and basic, I did have to do some backtracking. The link to the online instructions was broken so I ended up doing a YouTube search and trusting "what seemed intuitive ". Delivery was frustrating. Tracking ,after I was notified my order was on its way, just said in transit.I checked every morning and that's all I got until I get a call from the driver saying he was 15 minutes out. Luckily we are self employed and could break away, and the driver was accommodating, but for the delivery being 30% of the total cost I definitely expected more. All in, We would probably just buy the hardware next time and build the door ourselves.
The door itself is of high quality; however, there were a few issues. I had reach out several times about the status of the door. It was about 7 - 8 weeks total. I only received one automated update when it was "in production". This was 1 week after ordering. The top rail did not completely cover the gap, and due to the click-and-lock system, there was limited room for adjustment. My primary concern arose from a misunderstanding during my purchase. I believed I had selected the option for a free book latch, but they state I entered the wrong code and received a different discount. Despite this, the Black Friday discount they said I ordered was not reflected in my invoice or confirmation email, though it was present in the company’s system, as they provided a screenshot as proof. I’m curious why this didn’t appear on anything I ever received.
Additionally, when I reached out to customer service, the representative mentioned they would assist me in obtaining a discount and even noted a military/first responder discount if the former did not work. However, when I received a callback, neither discount was offered. Lastly, the door did not come with printed instructions, only online instructions, which were severely lacking in clarity.

This was our first murphy project. It was a key element of our owner bath remodel. Overall, I'm glad we have it. However, there were several hiccups along the way with communication from this company, the hinge parts initially provided were wrong, and the final execution of the product leaves some quality to be desired.
Nick with customer service took accountability along the way, which helped me not be completely angry. If you're considering this company, just beware they have one shipment person and apparently phenomenal marketing skills, so their service can be quite delayed (requested correct part to be shipped ASAP on Dec. 18, it left the factory on Jan.2).
Without detailing every piece of my story, the company communicated incorrectly about timeline, took accountability and hustled to get the door to us, but it was delivered with the wrong parts.
There was scuffing on my boards from not being individually wrapped. I had to complain about that to be given a paint kit (awaiting arrival).
Installation directions are quite challenging; our GC messed up install until my husband and I examined and highlighted each key part (notably: adjusting for the door bow with internal hardware).
It's not super easy to open. The design of my bathroom is for this to be a hidden linen storage but now I am nervous about how tightly I need to pull because the magnetic catches are so strong. This may be better for the seldomly opened storage, and we may end up installing a small, discrete handle of some sort.
Overall, it looks nice enough but was a giant headache and I would recommend a different product/company to a friend in my same shoes.

The Murphy floating shelf looks excellent and works as described. The shelf has a strong build and is sturdy. Easy to assemble. I put mine in the kitchen above an open counter.
